Week of April 7-11, 2008

Hello,

This is a light homework week. Just the opportunity to work on the projects due next week. The social studies book is due April 16 and the book report is due April 18.

In your envelope is the Attendee Registration for the Sixth Annual Golf Tournament Dinner, Dance and Auction. You don't want to miss this great event. It's so much fun!! Hats off to Parent Alliance for the hours of organizing and planning to make this event happen. Lots of much needed money is raised for the children at Rio.

This week in room 10:
1. The Theme 5 Reading Assessment is Wednesday. We'll review Mon. and Tues. and make a study guide. No new grammar or spelling this week.

2. News Teams 3 and 4 will report the news on Friday.

3. Don't forget Boardwalk money is due by April 16.

5. On Friday there will be an "ANTI-BULLY" assembly.

6. On Friday students will celebrate their success in reading. The class vote will determine what we do.

7. Next Thursday, April 17, there will be a science test on Matter and Properties.

Homework: Read Nightly, work on projects, study for reading test on Wednesday.
